Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, we need 48 hours advance notice, and there will be a 5% processing fee; Please give us a call as soon as possible.
If you want delivery, please make sure you have filled out the delivery option, and you see delivery in your cart.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Department within seven (7) days of receiving your product(s). While we cannot accept returns you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we monitor replacement and refund activity for abuse and we reserve the right to limit or decline either at our discretion.
