Cake Works features a full line of cupcakes available daily in the showcase, drawing from an even mix of island and traditional flavors! All our flavors except carrot are available in gluten free versions. We are able to add custom decorations onto pre-ordered cupcakes for an additional cost.
With equal parts style, flair and genuine love for our Hawaiian home, Cake Works has introduced the finest island-sourced ingredients and flavors such as Hawaiian Salt, local Lilikoi puree and Kona coffee into its recipe for the traditional European delicacy.
Cake Works is pleased to offer a selection of ready-to-go cakes in 6″ and 8″ sizes from our showcase. We’re happy to pipe a simple message onto the surface of the cake or cake board free of charge. We are also happy to deliver cakes to offices, homes, or bell desks for an additional cost.
Chef Abi was raised in Hilo, Hawai’i but her love of pastry arts led her to Europe. In London, she received a Diplome Superior from L’ecole de Cuisine Francaise de Sabine de Mirbeck and a City and Guilds Diploma in Advanced Pastry from Westminster College, a selective training program for working pastry chefs. Chef Abi started her career with an apprenticeship at London’s distinguished Four Seasons Hotel. She then went to work in Lyon, France creating desserts for the Restaurant Les EauxVives at the four-star Hotel Metropole de Lyon.
